Return Window:

  • You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order if it is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange Window:

  • Exchanges for a different product or replacement item are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Important Notes:

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
